This set includes Tomura Cafe’s popular “Venison Rice Bowl” plus one side dish and miso soup.
The venison is processed at Dream Hill Tomuraushi, located just 1 km from Tomura. Raised in the Daisetsuzan mountain range, this high-quality venison offers rich umami yet a refreshingly light flavor. It pairs perfectly with slowly caramelized onions and bell peppers.

We prepare home-style dishes using ingredients from Tomurausi, including venison and Jersey beef.
To enjoy delicious food year-round in our mountain life, we treasure preserved foods.
We started by preserving wild vegetables and mushrooms, and now we even make our own miso and rice koji from scratch.
Our dinners feature seasonal ingredients and dishes we want you to savor.
